Jonston oversees the operational delivery of JDE’s project portfolio, ensuring standards are maintained, resources are deployed effectively, and clients receive the level of service the company is known for. With years of experience managing complex commissioning programmes, Jonston brings structure and leadership to every project he touches.
Operations Director
Kevin brings extensive experience in data centre operations and commissioning management to the JDE leadership team. As an incoming Operations Director, he will play a key role in scaling the firm’s delivery capability and supporting the continued growth of JDE’s project operations across the UK and Europe.
Lead Energy Marshall
Sean is one of the most experienced Energy Marshals in the business. With a career spent managing controlled energisation and high-voltage safety on live data centre sites, he brings an unmatched combination of technical knowledge and on-the-ground authority. Sean sets the standard for electrical safety on every JDE project he leads.
Account Manager (UK)
Jordan is the primary point of contact for JDE’s UK client base, building lasting relationships with some of the most respected operators and contractors in the industry. Commercially sharp and technically fluent, Jordan ensures clients receive a seamless experience from first conversation to project close-out.
Account Manager (EU)
Based across JDE’s European operations, Paddy brings energy and expertise to the firm’s growing continental client relationships. With an understanding of cross-border project dynamics and a talent for cutting through complexity, Paddy is the trusted face of JDE for operators and contractors working across European markets.
Executive Assistant
Emma keeps the engine running. As Executive Assistant to JDE’s leadership team, she manages the operational rhythm of the business with quiet efficiency – coordinating schedules, communications, and priorities across a fast-moving project portfolio. Nothing falls through the cracks when Emma is involved.
Administrator
Alex is the organisational backbone of JDE’s day-to-day operations. From document management to project administration, Alex ensures the business runs smoothly and that the team has everything it needs to focus on delivery.
